The Philadelphia Marketplace returns to Dilworth Park for the spring and warm weather season with the ultimate artisan showcase. Makers and crafters from the tri-state area will bring their handmade artwork, home goods, plants and more to the outdoor market every Friday and Saturday, from May 3 through June 29, 2024, from 12:00pm Noon to 6:00pm.

Along with the joyful chatter of the fountains and roller skating brought by the CCD, this fun shopping experience brings together vendors of all categories and product types. Find something for everyone in the family or friend group from the ever-changing list of merchants every week. Fan-favorite vendors like Lily Lough Jewelry, Plant and People, Old City Canning Co., Skyseed and more will be bringing their unique products to Dilworth Park again and again throughout the early summer, but be sure to catch them before that summer heat hits! Philadelphia Marketplace is presented by the organizers of Christmas Village in Philadelphia, in partnership with Center City District.

“The Philadelphia Marketplace is a great way to get outside, enjoy the sunshine and kick off the weekend in the city,” said CEO Thomas Bauer. “This spring pop-up market is so easy to get to and perfectly placed in the heart of bustling Center City. The vendor list always provides great shopping opportunities and you can get such unique and cool products. It is also so great to support so many small businesses, both local and from the tri-state area. I cannot wait to see what vendors come out this year and I will be excited to stop by as many weekends as I possibly can!”

Spring means the return of the largest weekly outdoor marketplace in Center City. It is a great way to support small and local businesses and a revolving list of Philly entrepreneurs as they bring handmade artwork, home goods, skincare and more to the heart of Philadelphia at one of the busiest times of year. There is no charge to attend – and all are welcome to this family friendly event. Shopping is pay-as-you-go.

In 2024, the Philadelphia Marketplace will have a focus on new plants and produce vendors. Fresh flowers and houseplants will await you as you visit Dilworth Park and stroll the varied vendors.
